November 2023: Silly Seasons Greetings!

But there's no rest for us here at MILEHAM! The Design and Build teams are busy working away to get final design submissions in and builds completed before Christmas.

Its a good thing they are because our 2024 design bookings are almost full, and we only have a few openings left for custom home building projects.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to secure your spot! Book your free consultation today to discuss your 2024 major home renovation or new home build project. As a Licensed Builder and Registered Architect, we can help you with all your design and build questions and queries.

Wishing you hydration and paracetamol as we slide into the Silly Season!

1) Building Estimate, and

2) Building Quote

Most people are surprised by the timeline from when you sign an Architectural Design Fee Proposal, to when you receive your final Construction Documentation and Construction Certificate and can thus commence your build. We’ve outlined a general timeline of the Architectural Design Timeline in our new FAQs section.
