Your consultation is held with MILEHAM’s Director, James Pilcher, who is a Registered Architect AND Licensed Builder, meaning you can cover any and all design or build-related questions you may have in a single phone call, including:

  • Is your project is best suited for a DA or CDC?

  • Is your site is in a heritage conservation area (and what does this mean if you are)?

  • Ideas around how to keep your design goals in check with your build budget.

  • How much you should budget for external Specialist Consultants and Planning Submission fees.

  • And much more.

We respect your time is precious. As such, we ask for this information upfront so James can undertake pre-research on your specific site, ensuring your consultation with him is personalised, informed and relevant to your project and your project alone.
