July 2023: Why you shouldn’t trust a free building quote…and other news!

Being nominated for one Master Builders Award (and winning) is very special. Being nominated for a second (the second year in a row), is even more so. In news just at hand, MILEHAM has been announced as a FINALIST in the 2023 Master Builders Association (MBA) Excellence in Housing Awards for our Contemporary Heritage Restoration project.

A unique project which required a specific degree of skill, MILEHAM was engaged to undertake architectural design and project manage a major restoration and renovation of this 120 year old, NSW Heritage listed home, to revitalise her living spaces and take her into the next 100 years of her life. We worked in partnership with multi-MBA Award winning builder ProBuilt Projects, to undertake careful and respectful remediation and renovation works to breath new life into this stunning property.   • Our Elegant Parisian Townhouse project has been nominated for a 2023 Polytec Design People's Choice Award. Celebrating interior design excellence and showcasing Australia's finest projects, these Awards provide lovers of design and style to opt for their favourite projects.
