June 2023: Freshly arrived in Freshwater!

Well, we're fully ensconced in our new Freshwater office and life is great! We're thrilled to have joined the energy and vibe of the Freshwater community, and the new location and office fit out has certainly brought a fresh energy to the team (see what I did there..?). 

As for other happenings across June:

• Master Builders Association judges came onsite to asses our Contemporary Heritage Restoration project for the 2023 MBA Excellence in Housing Awards. MILEHAM won this award in 2022 so we're excited to be in the running again for the 2023 Award.
  

• We started three new residential construction jobs in Balgowlah, North Balgowlah and Mosman. Construction slots have now opened up for builds to commence in December, January and February so please get in touch if you are looking for a builder (yes, we provide Build Only services as well - you don't have to use our design services for this. And yes - these construction slots do book out quickly).  
  

• We attended the ArchiBuild Expo in Melbourne, Australia's premier event for Architecture and Building. It was an incredible showcase of some of the most forward thinking design solutions and product in the Australian market, and we can't wait to bring some of these new products and solutions to our clients.
