August 2023: What is a Master Builder - and why does it matter?
Could it be that Spring has already arrived? The warm weather this month certainly seems to suggest so. Our office is buzzing with anticipation of lunchtime swims at Freshwater beach, and bets are being made on what promises to be one hot summer!
But before we dive headfirst into the season, let's take a moment to reflect on the exciting events that took place in August:
We're thrilled to announce that our Architectural Designer, Liam Hogan, has successfully completed his Master of Architecture! Working and studying full time is no easy task, and we couldn't be prouder of Liam's dedication to achieving this significant milestone. But Liam isn't one to rest on his laurels. He has now embarked on his next endeavour, commencing his Certificate IV in Building and Construction. It won't be long before we have a second formally qualified Registered Architect / Licensed Builder on our Design Team - a very rare skillset we are so proud to be able to offer our clients (twice!).
We're pleased to announce Construction Slot bookings have now opened for building projects commencing in November, December, and January. At MILEHAM, we offer both Design and Build, as well as Build Only services. So, if you have plans that are soon to be approved - or know someone whose are - and are in need of a custom home builder for your renovation or new build, we would love to hear from you.
